A beautiful mountain river wanders through the event site, tumbles over boulders, into deep pools and races across rapids as it falls deeper into the gorge. Sustainability is a core theme underpinning Sundaise festival. With this in mind we have brought together workshops providing simple sustainability techniques for all to learn, plus some other fun activities!
Sustainability: Sundaise aspires to become New Zealand’s most environmentally sustainable music festival. The message of sustainability is woven through the event, through waste minimisation, recycling, composting and offering workshops that show people how their actions can have a more positive impact on the environment.
