A Taste of Nashville - The Kevin Greaves Story with Dan McIntrye
For the first time Mr Kevin Greaves is going to tell his story interlaced with some of the best songs ever. Growing up in a musical family of 14 children headed by his famous dad Rusty Greaves, Kevin lived and recorded in Nashville for 15 years with some of the greats of the American music oeuvre (Kenny Rogers, Jerry Lee Lewis, Charlie Pride, Carl Perkins to name but a few). He supported Kenny Rogers 2015 New Zealand tour and has worked with all greats of the Kiwi scene (Gray Bartlett, Eddie Low) and in Oz. Kevin's a national treasure - and a singer and guitarist and raconteur par excellence. Don't miss his story.
A generation after Kevin Greaves opens a new chapter in the Kiwi/Nashville story, Mr Dan McIntyre. When not performing in Nashville, Oz or the Pacific Islands or Auckland, Dan is Hamilton based. Dan is opening the show. Two great local talents presenting an authentic country music experience.
