Angela Cuming began on weekly suburban papers before joining The Sun-Herald and Sydney Morning Herald and eventually becoming the Waikato Times’ online editor. After returning from a move to Northern Ireland a year ago, she has been concentrating solely on online publications with her work appearing in The Spinoff, Stuff, and the Newshub comment section.  She continues to be the New Zealand correspondent for the Australia Broadcasting Corporation's Australia-wide radio network.

Dani Nicholson has spent 20 years in media and her experience spans print and digital journalism, editorships, sub-editing and layout, social media, photography and mentor roles. She has been recognised nationally and internationally for her journalism and editorial work. She is the director of Dynamic Media which tells clients’ out-of-this-world, compelling stories through real, relevant, authentically human campaigns via both digital media and traditional media.

Gary Farrow is a journalist with experience in print, online and radio and has previously worked for Hamilton News, Element Magazine, and 95bFM in Auckland in a range of roles including reporter, online editor, news and editorial co-director. He is currently a freelance journalist and content creator living in Hamilton. Gary is looking forward to being involved in writing for independent news sites in the future and will be starting his own news and culture show on Free FM in August, accompanied by written material and the appropriate social media presence.
