A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum **POSTPONED**

One of the funniest musicals ever - light, fast-paced, witty, irreverent
Show name and picture of a Roman building and people

**Due to the changing circumstances around the global COVID 19 pandemic, Musikmakers has made the hard decision to postpone the upcoming season of A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum.

The decision has not been made lightly and we realise this will effect a large number of people. It was felt that even if travel and grouping restrictions were lifted before our intended start date, any rehearsal time would be limited resulting in a production that may not meet the high standards Musikmakers has for it’s shows.

Considerable thanks goes to the huge amount of work that Toni, Coryn, Lily and Jenni have already put into this show, and the numerous hours that the cast have already spent rehearsing their lines, songs and dances.

At this stage we have no future date in mind as this will need to be negotiated with the rights holders and, as you can imagine, they are under a huge workload at the moment. We will keep you informed as decisions are made.

As the show is being postponed all roles will remain as currently cast. We wish you all well, stay safe.**
