Evelyn Coulson

Facilitating all the creativity! Evelyn is your first port of call into Creative Waikato, connecting you with the resources or humans you may need for your creative endeavours.

Originally from Wellington, Evelyn recently settled in Waikato and is so excited about contributing to the art scene in the region and being part of the stellar team at Creative Waikato.

Evelyn is a very active member of the circus community in Aotearoa, often-times going on tour and performing at events around the country with her hula hoop and acrobatic partner in tow. She also volunteers her time to the Aotearoa New Zealand Circus Association, advocating for the development of circus arts in Aotearoa.

She has recently started her Masters in Analytics as part of her life goal of combining her love of data and statistics with her passion for the arts and desire to ensure that artists and arts organisations can effectively communicate their impact and importance to the world. She is stoked to pull all her different worlds and skill sets together as Creative Facilitator. Living the dream!
