Ka kite ano au i a koutou!

Here we are at the end of another mighty year! As we wrap up for 2025, we want to celebrate some of the things that made this year epic.

• We’d like to thank our Board, for all of their volunteer hours and steering the waka
• Our Team, for being such a fun bunch of humans and bringing the energy to the mahi
• Thank you to our Funders, for believing in our vision and getting behind our mahi
• We wanna give a shout out to our beautiful Waikato region, all 11 unique and stunning districts
• A big thank you to our Creative Community, our creative community who are out there, doing the mahi every day
• Thank you to all of our collaborators in 2025 who have helped contribute to this year
• And we want to finish up with a nod to technology, and the folks who joined us in online spaces, allowing us to awhi creativity both regionally and nationally 

Thank you to you, for reading our stories and newsletters, and for keeping in touch with all things arts, culture and creativity in Waikato. 

We hope you will take time over the summer to be with your nearest and dearest, to take some time to yourself, and to have some rest and rejuvenation.

Creative Waikato will be off all devices from Friday 19 December, and will be returning from mid-January 2026. We look forward to catching up with everyone, and continuing to work for a Waikato that thrives with creativity.
